GM Chevrolet Cruze Launched In India


US-based automobile manufacturer, General Motors, has launched the luxury sedan, Chevrolet Cruze in India. The Crzue comes at an introductory ex-showroom price of Rs 10.99 lakh to Rs 12.45 lakh in New Delhi.
"The Cruze has been receiving rave reviews since its recent debut in some other markets. We expect it to perform well against the established D-segment players," General Motors India President and Managing Director Karl Slym said.

The sedan sports a 2.0 litre diesel engine and comes in two variants. He mentioned that the sedan will yield a mileage of 18.3 kilometre per litre.
The Cruze is currently being rolled out in many countries across the globe.
"GM's investments in anufacturing the Cruze in India is a demonstration of our sustained commitment to making Chevrolet the most admired and preferred vehicle brand in this country," Slym added.
GM had mentioned that diesel variant of Cruze will be followed by the launch of 1.8 litre petrol variant.




Verizon Wireless unveils LG Chocolate Touch


Verizon Wireless and LG announced the availability of the LG Chocolate Touch. The phone is available now for $79.99 with a $50 mail-in rebate and a new two-year agreement. The rebate will be in the form of a debit card.
